Genevieve Kaufmann is a Photojournalism and English Literature and Rhetoric Major with a minor in French. Her photography focuses on the human aspect of the world around us, wanting to discover and highlight the thousands of stories that are waiting to be told! She plans on continuing to tell the stories of those who may not have a voice of their own to do so.

Kaufmann has taken photos for the North Texas Daily as well as covered multiple graduation photoshoots over the last 4 years. Her focus has mainly been on sports photojournalism and nature photography along with close-up portraits.

Kaufmann comes from Grapevine, Texas where she attended Grapevine High School and participated at the Editor in Chief of the school yearbook as well as the Editor of the newspaper. Kaufmann began photographing much before then when she received her first camera at the age of 10 which inspired the next decade of her life through her love for capturing images.
